What You'll Do: The Wire Transfer Specialist is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Wire Transfer Department under general supervision. Utilizes an automated wire transfer system to ensure all wires are processed in an accurate, timely, and compliant fashion. Process the wire transfer instructions through the Wire Transfer and SWIFT systems. Processing and repairing of online customer-initiated wires. Answers inquiries, resolves wire-related issues, and performs other support duties in order to facilitate client servicing and production goals.
