What we’re looking for

A customer-focused professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

1+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is preferred.
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple shipments and priorities.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software systems.
-
Experience with CargoWise is a plus.

About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Manage customer relationships and provide freight solutions, quotations, and shipment updates.

Coordinate and track ocean and air shipments, including pickups, deliveries, and container returns.

Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation and logistics issues.

Collaborate with carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate records and adhere to company SOPs and compliance standards.

Review invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and process AP/AR transactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and shipments are handled efficiently from start to finish.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
Computer Skills
-
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience with CargoWise is a plus.
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor's degree preferred
-
Experience dealing with a high volume of data entry
Salary
$50,000-$60,000 annually based on education and experience level.
