Hydro Test Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Hydro Test Technician to join its manufacturing team in Stafford, TX. In this role, you will perform hydrostatic pressure testing on valve components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality, engineering, and safety requirements.

Job Title: Hydro Test Technician

Location: Stafford, TX

Pay Range: $18-19 or DOE

Shift: 6am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform hydrostatic pressure testing on components and assemblies

• Set up and operate testing equipment, gauges, and fixtures

• Inspect parts for leaks, defects, and other nonconformances

• Read and follow work instructions, engineering specifications, and testing procedures

• Document test results and maintain accurate records

• Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product quality

• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental requirements

• Communicate testing results and discrepancies to supervisors

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection, testing, or industrial experience preferred

• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

• Experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, gauges, and inspection equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Experience with pressure testing, valve assembly, or SAP is a plus

¿Cuál es el trabajo?

• Gestionar y organizar el inventario en el almacén

• Asistir con la recepción, almacenamiento y distribución de materiales

• Mantener registros precisos de movimientos de inventario

• Asegurar la seguridad y limpieza en el entorno de trabajo

• Apoyar a los miembros del equipo en las operaciones logísticas diarias

¿Qué se necesita?

• Diploma de Secundaria o GED requerido

• Capacidad para levantar y mover materiales de hasta 25 lbs

• Fuerte atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas

• Conocimientos básicos de computación y familiaridad con sistemas de inventario

• Confiable y capaz de trabajar eficazmente en equipo
