Entry-Level Project Management
Location: Bethpage, NY
Training Location: Hauppauge, NY (Initial Onboarding Only)
Schedule: 100% On-Site to Start | Potential for 1 Remote Day Per Week in the Future
Pay: $23-$25/hour
Launch Your Career in Project Management
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into project management and gain real-world experience supporting major infrastructure projects. You do not need years of project management experience. The team is looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with Excel, and eager to learn.
You will work directly alongside experienced Project Managers and Operations leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to how projects are planned, coordinated, tracked, and completed. This role will help you build the practical experience needed to grow into future positions such as Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Operations Manager.

What Youll Do

Support Project Managers with daily project coordination

Track project schedules, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
-
Maintain project documents, records, and tracking systems

Create reports and project status updates
-
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

Schedule meetings and project activities
-
Follow up on outstanding tasks and action items
-
Assist with invoicing and project-related processes
-
Keep project information accurate and up to date
-
Help identify delays, scheduling conflicts, and potential roadblocks

Learn how large infrastructure projects move from planning through completion
What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree preferred but not required
-
Internship, administrative, customer service, operations, scheduling, logistics, or coordination experience is a plus

Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Strong organization and attention to detail

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong follow-through and willingness to take initiative

Interest in building a career in project management or operations

Ability to work on-site in Bethpage, NY

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
