Power Platforms Developer

Work You'll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and Power Automate workflows, to support strategic analytics and decision-making initiatives.

• Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, user-focused applications, reports, and automation solutions.

• Integrate, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data-driven insights.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing applications, dashboards, and automated processes within the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint and Teams.

• Support full solution lifecycles, including testing, deployment, documentation, user training, and production sustainment activities.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams in an agile, iterative delivery environment to continuously improve analytics capabilities and user experience.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Active Secret security clearance required

• 4+ years of experience developing business applications and analytics solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

• 2+ years experience with Power Apps, Power Platform components, and Power Automate workflow development.

• 1+ years experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.

• 1+ years experience with Python skills and experience working with data integration, automation, troubleshooting, and reporting processes.

Preferred:

• GENAI - Solution Architect: Foundation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $170,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
