JOB REQUIREMENTS: Looking for a paralegal role where you'll have a real seat at the table? Westphal Staffing is partnering with a small, highly respected Central Wisconsin law firm seeking a Paralegal to join its close-knit team. This isn't a role where you'll simply format documents and stay in your lane. You'll be involved throughout the life of a caseworking with clients, reviewing medical records, coordinating with experts, preparing legal documents, assisting with depositions and trials, and participating in case strategy. Who We're Looking For: Curious, organized, and detail-oriented Strong communicator and problem-solver Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable taking initiative Able to juggle changing priorities Litigation experience is helpful, but not required Legal, medical, or insurance experience is a plus The work can be challenging, but it's also incredibly meaningful.
