Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or anotherquantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A),consulting, or a related function, or 5 years with a relevant advanceddegree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with large datasets and coding languages, database, automation or business intelligence skills (for example: SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, Python, Tableu, Looker, etc).

  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and driving impact.

  • Ability to self-start and self-direct work inan unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

  • Organized, detail oriented, strategically focused and ability to effortlessly multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and sales leaders to understand drivers of business performance and provide clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities.

  • Lead decision making on investment strategies for products, identification of key market drivers for business generation and business profitability, and resource allocation.

  • Interact with other Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to assure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency to drive scalable analyses, tools and insights.

  • Manage and assist with various ad hoc projects
