Full job description

We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform various interior/exterior duties required to maintain apartment buildings and their grounds in Clarion, PA In this position, you will have the following responsibilities: 1. Clean and maintain the interior of the building, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc. 2. Perform minor repairs, ex. Leaky faucet/toilets, flooring, painting, bulbs 3. Maintain grounds, landscaping, mowing, etc. 4. Snow Removal of Sidewalks Requirements and qualifications of the position are: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Janitorial, misc. maintenance, lawn care experience 3. Experience working with basic tools, lawn care, snow removal equipment 4. Part-time 5. 18 hours per week 6. Earned PTO 7. Rotating on-call schedule for emergencies Starting pay: $14.50/hour - pay increase based on performance after a 60-day probationary period
