Registered Nurse (RN) SupervisorWeekend Only | Friday–Sunday | 8-Hour Shifts | 40% Weekend Premium | New Hourly Rates
Chase Memorial is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team in a unique weekend-only leadership opportunity!
If you’re an experienced RN who enjoys leading a team, supporting nursing staff, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents, this position offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership while enjoying a consistent Friday–Sunday schedule.
Position Highlights:
Weekend Only – Friday, Saturday & Sunday8-hour shifts each dayBase Rate: $40.00–$44.00 per hour40% higher rate of pay for working every Friday, Saturday & SundayConsistent weekend scheduleOn-call rotation required
Your base hourly rate will be based on your years of RN experience:
That means the effective hourly rate for qualifying weekend hours would be approximately $56.00–$61.60 per hour, based on the applicable base rate.
What You’ll Do:
As an RN Supervisor, you’ll provide clinical leadership and help ensure the nursing department operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of resident care.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide clinical leadership and direction to LPNs and CNAsOversee daily nursing operations and ensure clinical responsibilities are completed efficientlySupport, guide, and mentor nursing staff while promoting teamwork and accountabilityConduct RN assessments and help ensure residents’ clinical needs are appropriately addressedHelp with admissions and dischargesMonitor resident care and promote compliance with established standards, policies, and proceduresHelp maintain the daily staffing schedule to ensure appropriate coverage and quality resident careCollaborate with nursing leadership to identify and address clinical and operational needsPromote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staffParticipate in an on-call rotationPerform other duties as assigned
