The Senior Superintendent is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned and ensures the project/area is constructed in a safe, timely, profitable and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. He/she directly supervises field craft labor and non-craft field personnel.
Sr. Superintendent Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.

10+ years prior relevant experience.

Broad management knowledge to lead project teams on multiple projects or one large project or lead a department.

Mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or Professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
