Were looking for a detail-loving, tech-curious problem solver to join our Digital team as a Web Operations Coordinator. Youll help test and troubleshoot website enhancements, develop and manage test cases, investigate issues, and collaborate across Digital, Marketing, SEO, and Web teams to keep our online experience running smoothly. A Sampling of What Youll Do: - Perform website testing using multiple browsers and devices {=html} - Assist in producing digital versions of our print catalog {=html} - Use the websites API client to troubleshoot issues with customer experiences, anddata related issues {=html} - Collaborate withweb merchandisers, SEO specialists, marketing experts, anddevelopers to identify new test cases related to website enhancements,and upgrades. {=html} - Work with customer service testers to execute test cases and identify causes of failures. {=html} - Work with Marketing and Digital teammates to improve our customers online experience. Who Were Looking For: - Candidates with Associates degree in Computer Science, one year of IT or e-commerce operations experience, or equivalent experience. {=html} - Candidates that have completed a Web certification program are welcome and encouraged to apply! {=html} - Experience with HTML,andtest case development is preferred, but we will train the right person. {=html} - The Web Operations Coordinator does not actively write code, but being able to read/understand code, is a bonus. {=html} - The ability to communicate effectively, exhibit sound judgment, and work in a team environment is essential. {=html} - Willingness to learn new systems, and skills in an open collaborative environment.
