Job Summary:

The Digital Product Manager II is responsible for independently leading digital product(s) from the planning phase through deliverables coordination, execution, communication, and results tracking.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage growth and optimization of digital products aimed at driving awareness, engagement, adoption and product maturity based on product goals.

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, and develop/maintain a backlog for digital initiatives aligning that reflect organizational goals, market trends and product strategy.

  • Identify and pursue digital-first opportunities to enhance self-service and customer experiences.

  • Facilitate Journey Mapping exercises to understand the customer experience and identify gaps and opportunities.

  • Stay on top of emerging capabilities, competitive analysis, and market trends to drive product definition, innovation, and development.

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their goals, and translate that to work which aligns with business goals.

  • Communicate effectively about project successes, challenges, timelines, and resource needs to ensure transparency and alignment.

  • Manage competing priorities within the digital product portfolio while coordinating daily activities with external agencies and IT partners.

  • Conduct Agile meetings and represent the digital team in discussions with IT vendors, ensuring alignment with product goals.

  • Prioritize, assign and balance work within Agile ADO boards with Scrum, SA and Tech leads acting as Product Owner of digital asset.

  • Utilize Lean Management and Design Thinking principles to navigate ambiguity and drive innovative solutions.

  • Evaluate and validate the business proposition of digital initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing customer experiences.

  • Perform any other job related duties as requested.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Human Factors, IT, Communications or related field preferred

  • Five (5) years of professional experience in digital projects required

  • Experience translating business requirements into user experience applications in support of technical specifications required

  • Project planning/project management experience is required; experience leading teams and large scale projects preferred

  • Digital product owner experience preferred

  • HMO, Managed Care, or general Healthcare industry experience preferred

  • Experience in Agile scrum ceremonies-story writing, sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives preferred

Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Familiar with desktop and mobile web, android and iOS apps, design, digital quality assurance, digital strategy, user research, prototype and analytic development

  • Utilizes design thinking principles and methods

  • Knowledge of project management tools and content management software (i.e. ADO, Strapi, WordddPress)

  • Knowledge in digital product development

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize data collection and analysis in problem-solving and decision-making processes

  • Knowledge of code languages (HTML, CSS, .NET, C#, Swift, etc.) and back-end infrastructure (web services, API or database development) a plus

  • Knowledge of UX, UI and Human Factors

  • Familiarity with UAT testing digital products

  • Troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities

  • Solid project planning and management capabilities

  • Process and/or workflow planning and design skills

  • Information Architecture and Taxonomy familiarity

  • Strong knowledge of best practices relative to mobile application and web development

  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint or Keynote, and Excel

  • Familiarity with Freshpaint, Mixpanel, or equivalent a plus

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Effective organization and prioritization skills

  • None

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

  • Ability to travel as required by the needs of the department.

Compensation Range:

$83,000.00 - $132,800.00

CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
