KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, EEO/Affirmative Action Compliance to join our Talent & Culture organization.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contract owner and relationship manager for the external AAP and compliance reporting vendor
Set Service Level Agreements (SLAs), manage budgets, and ensure the vendor delivers accurate, timely annual plans and state filings
Act as the lead representative in all Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance reviews and audits, defending the methodology and findings of our vendor-produced plans in partnership with internal Employment Legal
Translate vendor-produced data reports into high-level strategic recommendations for executive leadership, talent acquisition, and HR business partners
Oversee the deployment and completion tracking of mandatory EEO, Affirmative Action, and harassment prevention training across the firm
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum eight years of recent progressive HR compliance experience, with at least five years managing complex EEO/AAP portfolios within a professional services or matrixed corporate environment
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred; High school diploma or GED is required
Deep familiarity with OFCCP regulations, Section 503, VEVRAA, and Title VII
Ability to interpret complex statistical reports (disparate impact, regression analyses); Advanced Excel skills required
