-
Serve as a Cloud Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the organization’s Infosec team, shaping policy and leading architectural reviews across Azure, GCP, and AWS.
-
Partner with product teams to design secure network and serverless architectures, ensuring security is built in—not bolted on.

Review cloud architecture and AI/ML workflows to advise development teams on secure design principles and identify issues prior to deployment.
-
Engage with cloud account teams and technical advisors to influence roadmaps and resolve security escalations.
What's Needed?
-
7+ years of cloud security architecture experience.
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.
-
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure security risks in decentralized and hybrid environments, including core IP networking knowledge.
-
Demonstrated ability to build and own security automation end-to-end, including tool integration, pipeline implementation, and operational handoff.
-
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Node.js, Golang, Bash, etc.) and hands-on experience with cloud security tools and security administration across Azure/GCP/AWS.
What's in it for me?
-
Opportunity to lead security architecture reviews and influence secure design across multiple public cloud platforms.
-
Direct impact on AI security governance, including controls for AI/ML pipelines such as model access governance, data handling, and prompt injection risk.
-
Chance to reduce cloud security risk through project and process enhancements, including solution design and implementation leadership.
-
Ability to create design artifacts that enable the Cloud Security team to implement solutions built in-house or purchased from vendors.
-
Mentorship opportunities, including mentoring junior team members and participating in an SME on-call rotation (tier 4, primary duty every ~7 weeks; engaged only after lower tiers are exhausted, averaging roughly one page per quarter).
