Procurement Intern - Spring 2027 Our downtown Green Bay headquarters is full of dynamic and fun people who want to share their knowledge! As an intern at Imperial, we'll help you design an experience that meets your learning objectives while helping you explore how the areas of our business relate and interact. You'll enjoy a variety of day-to-day work assignments, cross-functional meetings, exposure to executive leadership, and soft skill development. Imperial Supplies is a growing distributor of fleet maintenance products. We've been based in Green Bay since 1958 and have a strong history of double-digit annual growth! Internship details Paid internship starting in Spring 2027 Duration of 12 weeks, up to 20 hours per week, depending on student interest and availability Expectation to work from the Green Bay office periodically to support collaboration, facilitation, and team engagement Willing to provide supporting documentation for students seeking school credit Potential learning outcomes and responsibilities: Collaborate within the Procurement department, primarily with the Product Services and Category Support teams to support Sales requests. Assist with new product additions, kit requests, and assortment planning activities to ensure accurate product availability. Analyze data and procurement requests to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. Participate in cross-functional meetings, including custom kitting initiatives, and provide project support as needed. Support continuous improvement efforts by helping evaluate processes, track project progress, and recommend efficiency enhancements. Internship requirements Active enrollment in a 2- or 4-year accredited college in a relevant course of study Strong interest in procurement, analytics, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to supportprocess improvement initiatives, analyze business processes, and work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
