General Maintenance

Pay starts at $16.75-$24.30

SUMMARY

Performs a variety of maintenance duties or repairs within a facility that involves rough carpentry and plumbing, painting, masonry, basic equipment installation and repairs, facility repairs, groundskeeping, and office moves. Performs all work with adherence to safety procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform repairs of moderate difficulty to structures, including: carpentry, plastering, plumbing, painting and masonry work. Perform installations of facility doors, ceilings, floors, etc. Perform general inspections of facility in order to locate and troubleshoot any problem/damaged areas. Responsible for office furniture and equipment moves. Responsible for inventory control of items used on a daily basis. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a valid Driver’s License. Must be 21 years of age. Must submit to DL Monitoring. Satisfactory performance reviews. Strong communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent. At least 0-6 months of related experience.

Standing Constant 5-8 Hours

Walking Constant 5-8 Hours

Twisting Constant 5-8 Hours

Squatting/Kneeling Occasional 1-3 Hours

Sitting Occasional 1-3 Hours

Drills, Saws, Ladders, Hand tools, computer
