DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Provide technical support for existing systems and collaborate on strategic roadmaps to align business initiatives and product development.

  • Conduct advanced research and analysis of client business processes to make recommendations and exert influence on project direction.

  • Assess the feasibility and cost effectiveness of proposed solutions and advise clients and key stakeholders.

  • Partner with constituents to define ongoing technology needs, ensuring that needs are documented, costed, and prioritized appropriately, and that solutions and delivery schedules are established.

  • Work collaboratively with software engineers to define and translate requirements into developed solutions.

  • Drive technical and application support with third party vendors.

  • Manage software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements gathering, design, configurations, planning, creating, and executing test cases and analyzing results.

  • Train employees in areas of expertise relating to application, database, security, operating systems, or other technical aspects.

  • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

  • Provide support and troubleshooting for complex technology solutions.

  • Provide on-call support as needed.

  • Telecommuting permitted up to 40%; employee must reside within normal commuting distance of company’s office in Redmond, Washington. Position may include additional duties that utilize the required skills.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

Requires Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in computer systems analysis, including experience in:

  • Designing, configuring, administering, and supporting Oracle Demantra Demand Management and Predictive Trade Planning environments, including system setup, functionality, integrations, and ongoing maintenance;

  • Developing and maintaining Oracle Demantra data models, server expressions, client expressions, workflows, and custom methods to support forecasting and planning requirements;

  • Integrating Oracle Demantra with Oracle EBS modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing, and supporting related business processes;

  • Analyzing and troubleshooting Demantra applications and data flows using in-depth knowledge of Demantra table structures, TOAD, and SQL to resolve technical and functional issues; and

  • Preparing functional specifications, configuration and deployment documentation, communicating with business and technical stakeholders, and training and supporting users and project team members.

Telecommuting permitted up to 40%; employee must reside within normal commuting distance of company’s office in Redmond, Washington.

#LI-DNI This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Pay Range: $160,980—$173,550 USD
