Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical professional to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, executive-level decision-making, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for former investment banking analysts seeking a transition into corporate strategy while maintaining exposure to financial analysis, executive leadership, and business transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and business analysis.
- Develop recommendations for operational and strategic initiatives.
- Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Analyze market opportunities, investments, and growth initiatives.
- Drive process improvement and business optimization projects.
- Partner with senior leadership on corporate priorities.
Compensation: Annual salary for this role will range from $120,000 - $150,000 based on relevant skills and experience.
Skills and Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategic finance, or corporate strategy.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and analyses.
- Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Bulge bracket or elite boutique investment banking experience.
- M&A transaction experience.
- Corporate development or private equity exposure.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership.
- Process improvement or business operations experience.
- Telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, or growth company experience.
