Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting a Data Analytics role working at FRAMINGHAM, MA 01701. Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Contractor to join our Consumer Insights & Analytics team. In this role, you will help uncover meaningful customer insights by analyzing large datasets, identifying key trends, and translating findings into compelling business stories that influence strategic decisions.

You will lead quantitative research initiatives, manage consumer panel studies, and develop insights on customer perceptions of brands and the U.S. retail landscape. Your work will directly support improvements across Marketing, Store Experience, and Merchandising functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead quantitative research projects, including monthly, seasonal, and longitudinal tracking studies.

Manage consumer panel research, including panel health, engagement, and reporting activities.

Analyze unaided customer feedback and voice-of-customer data to identify trends, strengths, opportunities, and competitive insights across the retail landscape.

Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help stakeholders understand consumer sentiment and behavior.

Combine quantitative and qualitative findings to explain the "why" behind the data.

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

Develop executive-ready presentations and storytelling materials that drive business decisions.

Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandising, Strategy, and Store Operations.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Customer Analytics, or a related discipline.

Strong analytical and quantitative research skills with experience interpreting large datasets.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with consumer panel management and Voice of Customer (VOC) programs.

Familiarity with dashboarding and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience in retail, consumer products, e-commerce, or customer experience research.

Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

Pay Details: $41.96 per hour
