Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
-Install fiberglass batt and blown-in insulation
-Install NuWool wall-spray and loose-blown cellulose insulation
-Assist with and learn professional spray foam insulation installation
-Perform attic insulation upgrades, removals, and air-sealing work
-Assist with crawlspace insulation and encapsulation projects
-Load and unload insulation materials, tools, and equipment
-Set up and clean up residential and commercial job sites
-Operate insulation equipment after proper training
-Maintain clean and organized trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites
-Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer installation requirements
-Work professionally around homeowners, builders, contractors, and other trades
