Full job description

Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialists Location: Remote Job ID: #73328 Pay Range: $38-43 ph (W2) Duration: 6 - 12 mos Job Description:

Support the ongoing administration, reporting, and analysis of the company's labor mix model, which focuses on monitoring headcount, pay grade distribution, average salaries, and wage escalation trends for every function and Strategic Business Unit within the organization. Responsibilities will include maintaining and validating monthly employee and compensation data in the various labor mix models, updating labor mix reporting with fiscal month end data, analyzing changes in workforce composition and salary levels, identifying trends or variances, and providing accurate reporting and insights to support workforce planning, compensation decisions, and labor cost management. The role will also assist in improving the labor mix model, data processes, and reporting tools as the program continues to evolve. Role entails heavy Microsoft Excel usage and requires intermediate skills to perform tasks associated with the labor mix project. Takes ownership of existing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and understands how they operate from a data source and formulas standpoint. Experience with Microsoft Power BI a plus.
