Full job description

Full-time | Monday-Friday | No nights, no weekends, | $120,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

An established outpatient family practice in Conyers is looking for its next full-time Nurse Practitioner. The panel is built, the schedule is full from day one, and the infrastructure most postings promise actually exists here: a collaborating physician arrangement already in place, dedicated billing and coding support, care management programs (CCM/RPM) up and running, and administrative staff who keep the paperwork off your plate so you can practice medicine.

The practice serves a predominantly Black patient community in Rockdale County - patients with long relationships with this office who want a provider they'll see consistently. If community-rooted primary care is what you got into this work for, this is that job.

What your week looks like

  • Outpatient primary care across the lifespan: acute visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and annual wellness visits

  • An established patient panel - no panel-building, no ramp-up period, no marketing yourself

  • Collaboration with an experienced supervising physician and a supportive back-office team

  • Documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW) with billing and coding specialists reviewing behind you

  • Home by dinner. No hospital rounds, no weekend clinic.
