We are currently hiring a Full-time Maintenance Assistant for our Cobb community, located in Marietta, Georgia.
The Full-time Maintenance Assistant will assist our Maintenance Director to support our Plant Operations and will work Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm with a rotating weekend on call.

Full-time Maintenance Assistant Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of Two years of Maintenance experience required
- One year of Maintenance experience in LTC/Skilled nursing community preferred
- Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
- Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and physical plant upkeep
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Knowledge of health care regulations pertaining to Federal/State/JCAHO surveys preferred
- Ability to assist in supporting Safety and Emergency Preparedness for community
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal/written)
- Ability to foster team work with coworkers
- Experience working with TELS Building Management system preferred
- Strong organization and time management skills

Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a rotating weekend on call. 40 hours a week
