That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team The Global Sales Enablement team helps Stripe’s sales teams develop the knowledge and skills to support our users effectively. We build onboarding and ongoing learning experiences covering Stripe’s products, sales processes and tools, sales skills, and business knowledge. We work with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to turn complex information into practical learning resources. • Apply instructional design and user experience principles to create clear, practical learning experiences
  • Assess learning needs with stakeholders and translate capability gaps into focused content and activities
  • Use learner feedback and learning activity data to evaluate content effectiveness and make improvements

  • Ability to explain complex information through clear writing, visual design, and learning activities
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to learn unfamiliar products or processes and develop accurate content
  • Experience managing content-development tasks and deadlines, incorporating feedback, and using learning data to improve materials

  • Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies
  • Experience using large language models to support learning-content development
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, or other multimedia production tools
  • Experience designing game-based or mobile learning
  • Familiarity with agile development methods or Kanban
