Full job description

As a Category Executive, you will play a key role in managing and growing product categories across the Clinikally platform. You will work closely with brands, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive category performance, improve customer experience, and support business growth. This role offers hands-on exposure to category management, merchandising, brand partnerships, analytics, supply chain operations, and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Category Management & Merchandising

  • Support the day-to-day management of assigned product categories.
  • Monitor category performance, sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand.
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, content, and merchandising are accurate and optimized.
  • Identify assortment gaps and opportunities for category expansion.

Brand & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with brand partners and vendors to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
  • Assist in onboarding new brands and launching products on the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners.

Analytics & Business Insights

  • Track category performance metrics and prepare regular business reports.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, pricing, and customer behavior data to identify actionable insights.
  • Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Marketing & Growth Initiatives

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on category campaigns, promotions, launches, and growth initiatives.
  • Support visibility and conversion optimization across platform channels.
  • Assist in executing brand-led marketing activities and campaigns.

Supply Chain & Operations

  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
  • Monitor stock health and help reduce stock-outs and excess inventory situations.
  • Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in category management, e-commerce, consulting, operations, analytics, or business roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High ownership, bias for action, and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
