Key Responsibilities

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Lead the standardization of financial reporting and analysis across operating entities, group entities, and Corporate in partnership with Group Controllers and the Vice President, Corporate Finance.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Collaborate with Group Controllers to execute company strategy and achieve financial targets.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Support the Vice President, Division Finance in providing strategic counsel and financial insight to Executive Vice Presidents to drive profitable growth.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Direct the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, business activity reports, forecasts, and annual budgets for Alamo Group's operating entities.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Support mergers and acquisitions at the division and corporate levels, including evaluation of potential acquisitions and divestitures, due diligence, and post-transaction integration.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Partner with Corporate Accounting to prepare materials supporting internal and external audits.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Establish and maintain internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Lead or participate in finance digitalization initiatives, including ERP upgrades and process automation.

Qualifications

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Advanced knowledge of accounting and economic principles, financial markets, banking, and financial analysis and reporting, including cost accounting, GAAP, and IFRS.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Strong command of strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial planning principles.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Demonstrated ability to lead change, diagnose complex problems, evaluate alternatives and their relative costs and benefits, and implement effective solutions.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Proven capacity to constructively challenge the status quo across multiple entities and at the enterprise level.

Education and Experience

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is required; MBA and/or CPA is preferred.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience is required, preferably within a publicly traded manufacturing organization.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Demonstrated success leading finance across multiple business units or divisions and aligning diverse teams around unified operational goals.
