Work hours: 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Duties:
Workers will operate and control agricultural equipment to support crop production activities, including but not limited to tilling soil, planting, cultivating, irrigating, fertilizing, spraying, and harvesting crops. Employees will operate tractors, combines, sprayers, balers, and other farm machinery used in agricultural production. Duties may include crop baling, hay handling, and use of stationary equipment for post-harvest processing such as husking, shelling, threshing, and storage preparation. Workers will also perform general farm duties including equipment maintenance and repair, cleaning and preparing fields, loading and unloading agricultural products, and maintaining work areas.
Minimum Education Required
None. No High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum Experience Required
Three (3) months of recent and verifiable experience in the listed job duties is required.
The worker must be able to obtain an appropriate non-CDL driver's license after hire and maintain a clean driving record.
Workers must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Upon hire, workers may be required to undergo random drug testing at no cost to them. A positive test result for illegal or controlled substances, or failure to comply, may result in immediate termination of employment.
Job will require exposure to extreme temperatures.
Extensive pushing and pulling is required.
Extensive walking or sitting is required.
Frequent stooping or bending over is required.
Repetitive movements are required.

Additional Compensation
As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.

Job Benefits
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts (Updated 04/07/2026). Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
