Job Overview : Position will be responsible for assessing and resolving faults generated from automated vehicles. Faults can be due to vehicle encountering debris, bad pallets, stretch wrap, falling or misaligned loads among other things. The successful candidate will utilize a tablet and reports to assess where the faults are occurring and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Candidate will also be responsible for tracking and escalating faults to ensure automated vehicles have maximum uptime and meet established KPI metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Fast paced environment.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Flexible in priorities and ever-changing environment.

  • Good problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Distribution Center practices.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma/GED

  • 1-2 years exposure to the PKMS system

  • Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Able to work with minimum supervision.

  • Self-motivator

  • Team player

  • Able to handle stressful situations.

  • Read/Write in English

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of the daily Outboard reports

  • Knowledge of PKMS & SAP is preferred.

  • Follow all safety procedures (including wearing all PPE required)
