Master's Level Therapist

Full job description Alta Loma Transformational Services is hiring for a Full Time Masters Level Therapist at our facilities located in Georgetown, TX. This is an exempt position with normal business hours Monday-Friday. Experience preferred with complex Mental Health issues. Job Duties: - Conducts dual diagnosis (mental health/substance abuse) groups and completes group notes in a timely manner. - Provides individual therapy services to residents. - Shares pertinent information with team as obtained from residents families or others, as indicated, throughout program. - Evaluates the efficacy of therapeutic interventions on residents and the therapeutic milieu. - Communicates with clinical, medical, and administrative staff regarding resident issues or concerns. - Adheres to all facility, State, and Federal policies and procedures concerning resident confidentiality, rights, and anonymity. - Assures that appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior are maintained at all times with residents, families, and other professionals. - Communicates clearly and efficiently. - Participates in weekly staff meetings. - Provides resident support services. - Creates and maintains a safe, comfortable, and resident-focused treatment environment. - Ensures resident safety at all times. - Fills in for any absence of staff on an as-needed basis. - Performs other duties assigned by management or leadership. Requirements: Current valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Alta Loma Transformational Services is a long-term care facility for men and women seeking treatment for Mental Health and Substance Abuse needs.
