What Success Looks Like Success in this role means the overnight shift is organized, safe, productive, and informed. Employees know what is expected. Production schedules are reviewed and actively managed. Issues are escalated quickly. Delays are addressed with urgency and transparency. Team members feel supported, coached, and held accountable. The right supervisor will bring calm leadership to the night shift while creating a work environment where people want to do their best. What We're Looking For We are seeking a manufacturing leader who brings strong floor presence, sound judgment, and the ability to make decisions during an overnight shift. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading teams, communicating across departments, handling production challenges, and coaching employees with fairness and consistency.
