What will you be doing?

The IT Mid-Level Analyst uses a range of functional and technical skills to support the build-out and integration of custom WWT applications and third-party vendor systems and products. This position plays a significant role in contributing to the development of functional/technical solutions by supporting innovation within our organization. The employee will have a solid understanding of business processes, systems, and architecture within their team. Collaboration with leadership, architecture, product ownership, and various IT and business teams is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Applying and startingtolead and promote WWT Core Values and bestpractices.

• RequirementGathering: Collaboratewithstakeholderstogather and documentfunctionalrequirements. Ensure a clear understanding of businessneeds and objectives.

• Functional Design: Contributetothedevelopment of functionaldesignsthatmeetbusinessrequirements. Createdesignspecificationsthatoutline how systems will addressspecificneeds.

• Solution Development: Assist inthedevelopment and implementation of functionalsolutionsbasedondesignspecifications. Ensuresolutionsalignwithbothbusinessobjectives and technicalconstraints.

• Analysis and Validation: Analyzeexistingsystems and processestoidentifyareasforimprovementorenhancement. Validatethatfunctionaldesignsmeettheintendedrequirements and businessgoals.

• Documentation: Maintaincomprehensivedocumentation of functionaldesigns, includingdesignspecifications, workflows, and userrequirements. Ensurethatdocumentationisaccurate and up-to-date.

• Testing: Conductcomprehensivetestingincludingfunctional, regression, and guidinguseracceptancetestingtoensurereliability and performance. Support theidentification and resolution of issuesordefectsduringtesting.

• Mentorship and Collaboration: Work closelywithotheranalysts, developers, teammembers, leadership, and businesstoensureeffectiveimplementation. Provideguidance and support toassociateanalysts, helpingthemtodeveloptheirskills and navigatetechnicalchallenges. Shareknowledge and bestpracticeswithteammemberstoimproveoverallteamcompetency.

• Support and Troubleshooting: Offerongoing support and consultationtoaddressfunctional/technicalissues and ensuresolutionsmeetend-userneeds. Provideguidance and directiononproductionissues. Start tomonitor and lookinto support trendsthatcanbeaddressedmoreproactively.

• AgileMethodology: ActivelyengageinAgiledevelopmentpracticesincludingsprintplanning, storycreation, dailystandups, testing, demos and retrospectives. Adapttoevolvingrequirements and contributetothecontinuousimprovement of theteam’sprocesses and delivery.

• Learning and Development: Continuouslylearn and understandWWT’sbusiness and technicalprocessestoeffectivelycontributeto and support theevolution of our technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, and/or related field

• A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in a related field

• UKG Pro Work Force Management (WFM), Timekeeping, Accruals, Timeoff, Scheduling, Leave Management, Attestation, Device/Clock configuration, Activities, DataViews, Integrations (Boomi/API), UKG Pro WFM APIsand JSON payloads, Postman, Global implementationexperience; Nicetohaveknowledgeof Oracle SQL, Pl/Sql, Oracle HCM Cloud, Microsoft Excel with Power Queries, ServiceNow, Agentic AI

• Systems Analysis: Abilitytoanalyze and understandcomplex IT systems, applications, and processes.

• RequirementsGathering: Skillingathering and documentingbusinessrequirements, translatingthemintotechnicalspecifications.

• ProblemSolving: Stronganalytical and problem-solvingskillstoaddresstechnicalissues and developeffectivesolutions.

• Process Improvement: Abilitytoidentifyareasforprocessimprovement and proposeenhancementsoroptimizations.

• Communication: Excellentwritten and verbalcommunicationskillsforbothtechnical and non-technicalaudiences. Capable of presentingideasclearly and effectively.

• Product/Initiative Support: Experiencesupportingbig IT initiatives, includingassistingwithplanning, execution, and monitoring.

• Self-Motivation/Time Management: Highlyresponsibleself-starter/team-orientedindividualwithverystrong work ethic. Strongorganizationalskills and theabilitytomanagemultipletasksorinitiativessimultaneously.

• Adaptability: Abilitytoadapttochangingtechnologies, requirements, and businessenvironments.

• Thistierincludesspecificdomainareas, includingbutnotlimitedto: Salesforce, Oracle.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $77,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
