  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans.

  • Experience building relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders across levels and functions.

  • Ability to work through ambiguity while maintaining a structured, methodical approach to problem solving and execution.

  • Track record of building processes and methodically resolving roadblocks.

  • Demonstrate growth potential and learning agility by quickly learning new business contexts, tools, and priorities, and applying that learning to improve performance as the organization evolves.

  • Show leadership by influencing cross-functional partners, aligning stakeholders around shared goals, and working constructively through differing perspectives to drive outcomes.

  • Adapt effectively to changing priorities, evolving business needs, and ambiguous situations while staying focused on execution and results.

  • Apply creative thinking to identify practical ways to improve operations, reporting, analytics, and coordination across teams.

  • Use analytical skills to break down complex information, identify patterns and risks, and support recommendations with clear, evidence-based reasoning.
