Cloud Systems Engineer

Job Description: The Cloud Systems Engineer is responsible for the systems engineering, design, integration, and technical development of cloud-based services and solutions. This role combines a strong systems engineering background with hands-on experience designing scalable, reliable cloud environments, and owns stability, performance, and continuous improvement of those systems. Job Responsibilities: -Design and engineer cloud-based services, systems, and infrastructure that meet mission and technical requirements. -Drive the stability and sustainability of cloud-based networks and software systems to support scaling and reliable operations. -Develop and evaluate cloud system architectures, interfaces, and end-to-end solutions spanning hardware, software, networks, virtualized environments, and cloud services. -Perform system integration, verification and validation, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. -Conduct functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies for hardware and software specifications. -Additional responsibilities will be disclosed during the online application process. Job Requirements: -Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience; or an Associate's degree (AS/AA) and a minimum of 6 years; or a High School diploma/GED and a minimum of 8 years. -IAT Level II (IAT-2) certification. -One or more cloud certifications. -Active Secret clearance.
