  • Coordinate multiple active projects and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer and project requirements.
  • Communicate directly with customers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and work alongside field crews when necessary.
  • Travel throughout Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, and Delaware to provide project oversight and field leadership.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, and CFData/Procore-related systems to track and manage project information.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have an installer's license or be able to obtain licensing in Maryland, North Carolina, and Delaware.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 60% throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

  • Flexible piping certification
  • FRANKLIN Fueling component approvals
  • OPW component approvals

Travel Requirements This position requires approximately 60% regional travel throughout Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, and Delaware.

Travel is primarily during the day, with minimal overnight travel. Fredericksburg, VA serves as the home base when the Construction Manager is not traveling.
