Venue Supervisor — Food & Beverage

Lead the team. Elevate the experience. Make every shift count.

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment? Do you know what it takes to create an exceptional guest experience while keeping a team motivated, operations running smoothly, and standards consistently high?

We’re looking for an experienced Venue Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at our casino property. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing both Front of House and Back of House operations, where no two shifts are exactly alike.

You’ll be the leader on the floor—coaching your team, solving problems, connecting with guests, and making sure every detail is executed to our high standards and in accordance with Company Policies, Procedures, and Gaming Regulations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven restaurant or Food & Beverage supervisory experience

  • Strong people-management and team-building skills

  • Kitchen supervisory experience and a passion for operational excellence

  • Experience with training, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and associate relations

  • Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and par levels

  • A strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health & safety standards

  • Ability to confidently handle guest concerns and turn challenges into positive experiences

  • Knowledge of New York State alcohol regulations and Commercial Gaming Regulations

  • A hands-on leadership style—you’re not afraid to jump in and work alongside your team when business gets busy

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do

As a Venue Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the success of your assigned outlet. You’ll:

  • Lead, train, schedule, coach, and develop Food & Beverage associates

  • Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations during your assigned shift

  • Monitor staffing levels and respond to call-ins and scheduling challenges

  • Maintain inventory and par levels while minimizing waste and excess

  • Be a visible presence on the floor during peak periods

  • Build genuine guest relationships and resolve concerns quickly and professionally

  • Ensure food quality, service, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently met

  • Support hiring, performance evaluations, discipline, promotions, and other supervisory responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Company Policies, Procedures, and Gaming Regulations

  • Step into any role necessary to keep the operation running at its best

Schedule

The typical shift is 1:30 PM–10:00 PM, but this is a dynamic casino environment, so open availability is required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Two- or four-year degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant/Food & Beverage experience with supervisory experience

  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing and walking for extended periods and lifting/moving items as required

Why Join Our Team?

We offer more than just a job—we offer opportunities to grow, build a career, and be part of an exciting hospitality environment.

Our benefits include:

  • Employee daycare — open 7 days a week, 7 AM–11 PM, at great rates; subsidy may also be available

  • Generous 401(k) — 100% vested from day one

  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance available for full-time employees

  • Paid Time Off, Sick Time & Holiday Pay

  • Tuition Reimbursement for eligible employees

  • Employee discounts on hotels, restaurants, spa services, and more

If you’re ready to lead from the front, create memorable guest experiences, and take your Food & Beverage career to the next level, we want to meet you!
