We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting and finance functions for our manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role serves as a key member of the leadership team, ensuring sound financial management, accurate reporting, and operational support.

• Pay Rate: $55-$70/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

• Assignment Length: 12-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $55.00 - $70.00 / hour

Duties:

• Oversee monthly financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and budget-to-actual variance analyses.

• Manage annual audits and support compliance with accounting and tax requirements.

• Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard company assets.

• Monitor inventory, fixed assets, cash flow, and working capital.

• Track capital expenditures and provide profitability analysis to support business decisions.

• Develop management reports and support continuous process improvements.

• Prepare monthly reporting packages for the corporate office.

• Perform additional accounting and finance functions as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

• 5+ years of accounting and management experience.

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Requirements: Background Check, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $55.00 - $70.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
