JOB REQUIREMENTS: CTPAT Security Coordinator We are looking for a CTPAT Security Coordinator who will report to the Director of Security, and who'll be tasked with supporting our CTPAT compliance and physical security initiatives across designated US locations. As part of your role, you'll be significantly contributing to the organization's risk mitigation and operational strength. You'll be at the forefront of maintaining audit readiness and driving continuous security improvement across our sites. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's CTPAT security program and certification requirements. Coordinate and support CTPAT assessments, audits, validations, and corrective action plans. Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure compliance with CTPAT requirements, security standards, and industry best practices. Conduct physical security assessments and site reviews to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions. Monitor compliance with security policies, procedures, and documentation requirements. Provide functional leadership and oversight of contract security personnel, including performance expectations, post order compliance, training coordination, incident review, and service provider accountability. Serve as the primary point of contact for contract guard services and vendor performance management. Review security incidents and utilize video surveillance systems to support investigations, incident verification, and risk assessments. Support investigations involving theft, unauthorized access, workplace violence concerns, security breaches, and other security-related incidents. Develop, implement, and maintain security and CTPAT-related KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting. Analyze security data and trends and provide recommendations to leadership.
