Blow Mold Technician Mon - Fri

Key Responsibilities 1. Troubleshoot and repair complex blow mold and production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance 2. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders to accurately diagnose and resolve issues 3. Respond quickly to equipment and process concerns, prioritizing preventive (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) work 4. Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and pre-season equipment checks 5. Conduct diagnostics and root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues 6. Participate in daily maintenance activities, as well as planned shutdowns, overhauls, and deep cleaning events 7. Follow up on previous repairs to ensure equipment is functioning properly and issues are fully resolved 8. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols 9. Identify and report safety or operational hazards; partner with EHS and Maintenance leadership to ensure timely resolution 10. Maintain appropriate inventory levels of parts, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance and projects 11. Provide updates on workload, project progress, and any schedule impacts or concerns 12. Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and materials 13. Support the development and improvement of maintenance SOPs 14. Contribute to short- and long-term maintenance planning initiatives 15. Accurately document and track all work performed 16. Perform other related duties as needed Why Join Us 1.
