We’re a team of passionate problem‑solvers helping organizations transform how they serve their customers. At PPT Solutions, we believe in doing work that matters, with people who care. We combine deep expertise with a get‑it‑done mindset to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that make an impact. If you’re entrepreneurial minded, energized by leading teams, building customer relationships, and driving meaningful business results — you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What Winning Looks Like:

  • You’re owning the growth, delivery, and strategic direction of your business unit — and it shows.

  • You care about people and want to leave them better than you found them.

  • Customers trust you deeply because you consistently deliver game‑changing outcomes.

  • Your team is thriving under your leadership, hitting performance targets while growing in capability and confidence.

  • Your business unit's financial performance is strong, predictable, and trending up.

  • You communicate with clarity, plan with intention, and execute with excellence.

  • You elevate PPT Solutions’ reputation in the market through thought leadership, innovation, and strong partnerships.

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You naturally take charge but lead with empathy, accountability, and authenticity.

  • You love solving complex business problems and can translate between big-picture strategy and actionable plans.

  • You have experience growing revenue, managing P&L, and leading teams in a consulting or services environment.

  • You’re energized by building relationships — with customers, partners, and teammates.

  • You’re motivated by outcomes, not busywork.

  • You thrive in dynamic environments where your voice matters and your decisions have real impact.

  • You believe culture is built through healthy behaviors, not posters on the wall.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and grow a business unit responsible for delivering excellence through engineering services to the customer.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue, expand customer relationships, and strengthen our market position.

  • Champion high‑quality delivery across all engagements, ensuring consistency.

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and direction to a talented team of developing leaders.

  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align solutions, capabilities, and innovation with customer needs.

  • Represent PPT Solutions with credibility in customer meetings, executive discussions, and industry engagements.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of technical experience (aviation preferred).

  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance.

  • Experience with business development, strategic capture, proposal development, and teaming with partners.

  • Strong business savvy thinker with excellent communication, relationship‑building, and executive‑level presentation skills.

  • A track record of leading high‑performing teams.

  • A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and customer impact.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • A culture that values growth, ownership, curiosity, and collaboration.

  • The freedom to shape your business unit and make decisions that matter.

  • A team that works hard, cares deeply, and celebrates wins together.

  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.
