. Check-in with the management team to discuss any new or existing team member needs. . Review email and other related areas on the computer. . Coordinate the hiring process with reviewing applications, complete pre-screenings, set-up interviews, complete orientations, and assist human resources business partner (HRBP)with external job postings. . Oversee the completion of new hire computer-based training and ensure new team members are scheduled for on-the-job training. . Ensure completion of the required annual computer-based training throughout the year. . Responsible for the inventory levels of uniforms and supplies. . Work with management to plan and execute various events throughout the store, such as job fairs, recruiting events, and holiday parties within budget. . Maintain confidential records and proper disposal of records after the retention period has ended.
