Warehouse Supervisor

Reports To: Director of Operations

Are you passionate about fitness and leadership? Join this state of the art facility, as a Warehouse Supervisor and help drive operational excellence in our climate-controlled 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Irving, TX.

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and 3PL coordination. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely order processing, and exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining cGMP compliance and a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Lead daily warehouse activities to achieve operational goals and KPIs.

  • Develop and improve warehouse processes and procedures.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Inventory Management

  • Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.

  • Track lot numbers, expiration dates, and inventory levels.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Receiving & Shipping

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Verify order accuracy and maintain receiving/shipping records.

  • Partner with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Order Fulfillment

  • Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

  • Work with customer service and sales teams to resolve order issues.

  • Manage carrier relationships and shipping costs.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff.

  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.

  • Monitor productivity and report operational performance.

  • Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and strategic initiatives.

  • Oversee WMS, equipment, and shipping software training.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 5+ years of warehouse, operations, or supply chain leadership experience.

  • Experience managing teams of 5–15 employees.

  • 3+ years working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably NetSuite.

  • Strong inventory control and warehouse operations experience.

  • Experience managing products with expiration dates and FEFO processes.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and warehouse software.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing 3PL relationships and multi-location inventory preferred.

Must be able to commute or relocate prior to start date.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 per year
