About the Role We are currently seeking a talented, creative, and people-oriented People and Culture Manager to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of People and Culture, the People and Culture Manager will support the development and execution of the hotel’s People and Culture strategy, while playing a key role in the day-to-day management of the function. The overall objective of the role is to strengthen our culture and employee experience, ensuring that Four Seasons Milan continues to be recognized as an Employer of Choice in the destination.

What You Will Do As a Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule, you will champion our culture and values across every employee interaction and experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation of the People and Culture strategy and ensuring alignment with the hotel’s business objectives.

  • Acting as a trusted Business Partner to leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on people-related matters.

  • Championing top talent and actively supporting talent management and succession planning initiatives.

  • Supporting the hotel’s Learning & Development agenda and partnering with leaders to identify and address development needs.

  • Building strong relationships across the organization and acting as a coach and trusted advisor to employees and leaders.

  • Supporting and driving corporate People and Culture initiatives and ensuring their effective implementation at hotel level.

  • Providing employee counseling and guidance, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

  • Supporting the management and monitoring of the People and Culture budget and financial performance.

  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality through regular audits of People and Culture records and processes.

  • Organizing and overseeing employee engagement, recreation, and experience initiatives.

  • Actively supporting recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent.

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Monitoring compensation and benefits trends to help maintain the right balance between business needs, cost effectiveness, and employee experience.

  • Contributing to a culture of continuous learning, recognition, engagement, and development.

What You Bring We are looking for someone who combines a genuine passion for people with strong business understanding and a strategic mindset. You will ideally bring:

  • A strong passion for people, talent management, and learning & development.

  • Previous experience in a People & Culture / Human Resources role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate people strategies into business results.

  • A strategic and analytical mindset, combined with a hands-on and pragmatic approach.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.

  • A natural coaching mindset and the ability to act as a trusted Business Partner to leaders and employees.

  • The ability to act as a catalyst for change, while remaining a strong employee champion.

  • A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English and Italian.

  • The legal right to work in Italy.

Schedule & Contract This position is based at Four Seasons Hotel Milano and is offered on a regular-term contract. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Italy and be fluent in both Italian and English.
