Full job description
Job Duties: The Senior Database Administrator works in Salesforce consulting and Salesforce CRM support and relies on experience with the following: Financial Services with an emphasis in the Financial Advisor Market; using JIRA and Azure Devops applications and processes; and working with XML, SOQL, Apex. The Senior Database Administrator is responsible for the following: Salesforce.com platform configuration and custom development; design and implementation of enterprise-wide scalable resource-efficient solutions; design client-centric user experiences through the user interfaces and business process automations; act as a team contributor in business solution design processes for stakeholders to understand and define functional project requirements; act as a subject matter expert resource for Salesforce and CRM best practices; analyze and map client business processes to understand current state and help generate future state; work collaboratively as part of a larger team to deliver fully tested, identified client requirements in agile development cycles / sprints; ensure all work follows established architectural and design guidelines; and maintain documentation on all custom configurations and development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related, plus six (6) years of post-baccalaureate experience in Salesforce consulting and Salesforce CRM support. Must possess the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator; Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II; Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder; and Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist. Must also possess five (5) years of experience in each of the following: Financial Services with an emphasis in the Financial Advisor Market; using JIRA and Azure Devops applications and processes; and working with XML, SOQL, and Apex.
