As part of the Demand Fulfillment organization, the IAM BA Procurement Manager is responsible for driving the efficient management of raw materials and inbound logistics across the assigned IAM Business Area. This role serves as the key interface between Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, ensuring supply continuity, inventory optimization, and risk mitigation while supporting business profitability and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will provide functional leadership for procurement activities, foster collaboration across plants, and drive strategic initiatives to improve supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure raw material availability and inbound supply performance.

  • Optimize inventory levels and working capital.

  • Drive supply risk identification and mitigation.

  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and SCM teams globally.

  • Lead procurement planning standards and best practices.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and SIOP processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Materials Planning, or Demand Fulfillment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in cross-functional and global organizations.

  • SAP and supply chain planning systems experience preferred.

  • Two or more year on leadership experience

  • Successfull working experience in an international organization / context

  • High level of customer orientation
