Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Compliance and Training Specialist to ensure the regulatory integrity and continuous professional development of our Space Force civilian workforce programs. In this position, you will serve as the primary expert responsible for auditing recruitment, placement, and overall HR operations to guarantee full alignment with federal standards. In this role, the successful candidate will proactively evaluate existing workflows to identify latent opportunities for systems optimization and efficiency gains. They must possess a continuous-improvement mindset, independently converting these insights into scalable, modernized operational processes, and translating compliance data into streamlined organizational solutions.
