The Senior Quality Manager - New Product Introduction (NPI) is responsible for leading all quality planning and quality engineering activities associated with new product development and launch programs. This position serves as the primary Quality representative within cross-functional product development teams and is accountable for ensuring quality requirements, risks, and deliverables are effectively managed throughout Modine's stage-gate product development process. The role provides independent assessment of product, process, supplier, and manufacturing readiness while ensuring quality considerations are appropriately represented during development reviews and launch decision-making.
