Full job description
- Ride the bus, assist student with boarding, riding, and disembarking from the bus. * Assist children with toileting needs; lift physically handicapped children; assist in emergency first aid care. * Provide specialized health care procedures (catheterization, suctioning of tracheostomy, nasogastric tube feeding or gastrostomy tube feeding and distributing medication). * Secure students in car seats, seat belts, harnesses, etc., during transportation; secure wheelchairs safely for transport. * Complete required documentation, including Medicaid forms. ** SALARY: Salary based on experience and education level per MCS BOE salary schedule located at https://boe.mars.k12.wv.us/o/mcs/page/salary-schedules. Pay grade of D-1 until fully qualified as an Autism Mentor by the WVDE, then grade F.
