Director of Environmental Services Full-Time | Up to $70,000-$75,000 annually

Chautauqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Director of Environmental Services to lead housekeeping, laundry, sanitation, and overall facility cleanliness.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in environmental services, housekeeping, facilities, or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead housekeeping and laundry teams

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and infection-control standards

• Manage staffing, schedules, supplies, and department operations

• Conduct inspections and address concerns promptly

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility requirements

• Collaborate with nursing, maintenance, and facility leadership

Qualifications:

• Environmental services or housekeeping leadership experience required

• Healthcare, skilled nursing, hospital, or senior living experience preferred

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
