Part Time RoleTraining Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm PST

Working Hours: 11:30am-3:30pm PSTReview and analyze system-generated alerts and reports to identify potentially suspicious activity

Conduct investigations into unusual or suspicious account openings and escalate findings appropriately

Support ongoing monitoring of customers and accounts for potential money laundering or terrorist financing risks

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of investigations and decisions

Assist with periodic KYC/KYB risk assessments and audits

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates degree and 3 years of experience in a compliance analyst or related role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree and 3+ years of experience in KYC/KYB compliance, fraud detection or similar investigative role within financial services

  • Proven ability to exercise critical thinking and independent judgment in decision-making processes

  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information

  • Self-directed, with a high level of initiative and ability to perform in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Demonstrated experience and strong understanding of KYC/KYB guidelines

Additional Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of ager or older

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
