Monday and Wednesdays 9am-5pm (Loma Linda)

starting 12/1:Thursday, Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm (Highland)

Sunday-Saturday 4pm-11pm | Weekends 7am-3pm (Fontana)

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the home

• Monitor patient condition and report changes

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Support individualized care plans

• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team

Requirements

Required:

• Active LVN license

• Current BLS certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of nursing experience
